Unfortunately we are not able to offer any returns or warranties.

Please contact us if the package was damaged during shipment.

Under no circumstances should the stoves be used indoors.

We accept payment by PayPal.

We ship domestic orders for stoves via FedEx Home residential or Ground commercial delivery. We ship overseas orders for small quantities of test stoves for international stove projects via USPS. A full ship to address is required, including postal code, email if available, and a valid telephone contact number. We ship after we have received the funds from PayPal.
